Honda unveils lightweight travel trailer for compact SUVs

Campsites, tourist villages, and agritourism facilities in Italy must submit updated cadastral declarations by December 15, 2025. The new regulation excludes permanently sited caravans, motorhomes, and camper vans from the calculation of the property's cadastral income.

The decomposing body of a woman, approximately 40 years old, was discovered inside a caravan parked along the Capaccio Paestum coastline. Local residents alerted authorities due to a strong odor emanating from the vehicle, which had been stationary for some time. An autopsy will determine the exact cause and time of death, with no obvious signs of violence found initially.

Japanese company Direct Cars has introduced the new compact camper van PLAT, based on the Hijet Truck. The model will have its world premiere at the Japan Camping Car Show 2026 in Makuhari on January 30. Its key feature is registration as a standard passenger car (8-number plate), which provides greater stability and interior space despite its compact size.
