New Gio Delivers First Self-Contained Off-Road Motorhomes to UAE

A Swiss couple has been traveling the world in their motorhome since September 2024. In Dubai, their large vehicle attracts both admiration and disapproval from locals.

New Gio RV has completed its first delivery of self-propelled off-road motorhomes to the United Arab Emirates. The delivered model, the 'Zhurong Avenue' pickup-based off-road motorhome, features a diesel powertrain, part-time four-wheel drive, differential locks, and an aluminum body. This marks the company's first entry into a key market outside Australia and New Zealand since its IPO.

The Chinese RV manufacturer Yuejie has delivered its first batch of vehicles, the Zhu Rong Avenue model, to the United Arab Emirates. The self-propelled camper is based on a JMC chassis, features a 2.3T diesel engine, four-wheel drive, and is designed for off-road use. This delivery represents the brand's initial step into the international market.

The Chinese brand Yuejie RV, part of the Xin Gao Group, has completed its first product delivery to the United Arab Emirates. The delivered model, the 'Zhurong Avenue,' is a pickup-based off-road motorhome built on a Jiangling chassis, featuring a 2.3T diesel engine and four-wheel drive. This marks the brand's initial step in its global expansion strategy into the premium off-road motorhome market.

Dubai has launched the first integrated RV travel route in the Middle East. The project, managed by the municipality, will connect mountain, coastal, and desert landscapes with a network of parks and facilities. It aims to boost nature tourism and attract private investment through subsidies and land lease incentives.
