German manufacturer Dethleffs has introduced the c.fold, a folding caravan prototype designed to be towed by electric vehicles. When folded for travel, its height is reduced to 1.65 m to minimize aerodynamic drag, which the company claims can extend an EV's range by up to 100 km compared to a conventional caravan. The interior features a kitchen, an expandable bathroom, and storage, powered by solar panels and lithium batteries.
