The Argentine company AbrigA produces thermoacoustic insulation mats from coarse sheep wool, previously considered waste. The 50 mm thick mats are used in house and hotel construction, as well as for insulating motorhomes. According to the company, producing this material requires 8 times less energy than manufacturing fiberglass insulation.
