Shenzhen park authorities respond to motorhome parking issue

A family from Beijing has been living in their motorhome at the Xingyun service area in Jiangchuan district, Yunnan province, since 2025. They were attracted by the view of Xingyun Lake, a mild climate around 20°C, and proximity to town amenities. The local government is promoting the area as a long-term RV living destination, focusing on its ecological and cultural resources.

Liu Tao resigned as Executive Director and CFO on January 3 to focus on the group's strategic work and was appointed Chief Strategy Officer.
