Camper van rental in January costs under 100 euros per night

Spanish educator Santi Baeza has been living and working from a converted van for five years. He states this lifestyle saves him at least €750 per month by eliminating rent and utility bills.

These communities form permanent settlements, contradicting the original purpose of caravans as temporary housing. Local authorities face the need to regulate such settlements, which often appear on city outskirts.
