Streamside Parks acquires seven premium RV resorts for $97 million

The YouTube channel MegaLaVentures focuses on traveling across the United States in a camper van. The channel was launched on September 7, 2015, and features 16 videos with a total of 1,857 views.

The YouTube channel Grand Adventure, launched in September 2017, is dedicated to RV travel and outdoor activities across the U.S. The channel has 97.1K subscribers, 497 videos, and over 9.6 million views, offering gear tips and destination guides for motorhomes, camping, skiing, and hiking.

Luxury camper outfitter Supertramp has introduced the Paragon, a truck-based camper built on a Ford F-350 platform as a more affordable alternative to Sprinter vans and its own Megatron model. It features four-wheel drive, a 7.3L V8 engine, a king-size bed, a full wet bath, and a kitchen. The starting price is $189,000, which is substantially lower than the flagship Megatron.

The manufacturer has issued a recall for View and Navion model motorhomes. The recall is due to the roof cap potentially detaching while the vehicle is in motion. This poses a risk of vehicle damage and a hazard to other road users.

Aldermen in Starkville, Mississippi, approved a special zoning exception for a proposed RV park. The Traditions Motorcoach Park project, planned for 13.5 acres, will feature about 72 privately owned RV lots, along with amenities like pickleball courts. Lots are expected to be resold for approximately $100,000 each.

The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners unanimously tabled a resolution to amend land use regulations for long-term RV living. The proposed changes included two types of temporary use permits with different durations and utility requirements. The matter was postponed to March 17 for consideration of a new resolution with revised wording.
