RV owner sues city over barrier blocking home parking

A retiree has filed a lawsuit in the British Columbia Supreme Court against a motorhome manufacturer. He alleges that his 2023 Newmar New Aire motorhome has multiple defects that were not addressed after complaints. Court hearings are scheduled for June 2025.

The municipally owned Riverside RV Park & Campground in Enderby, BC, is accepting reservations for 2026. The park operates year-round, with all revenue directed back into the community. It provides river access, proximity to a rail trail under construction, and is adjacent to local ball diamonds.
