Standard contract for motorhome sales adopted in Florence

A universal window for motorhomes and caravans has been presented. It features double glazing made of acrylic glass and a standard cut-out size of 900x550 mm.

A national motorhome association has filed a complaint with the Bolzano administrative court against a ban on overnight stays in vehicles in the municipality of Wolkenstein. The ban, unique in South Tyrol, is justified by hygiene issues, landscape protection, and public order. The court hearing is scheduled for March 25, with a ruling expected months later.

The Board of Directors of APC unanimously elected Gianguido Cerullo as the new president of the association. Cerullo, former CEO of Trigano Spa, now leads the organization representing Italian and European motorhome and caravan manufacturers. Italy ranks third in Europe for motorhome production.

Italian manufacturer Wingamm has launched the compact Rookie Cross travel trailer with a seamless fiberglass monocoque body. The model is 4.99 meters long, weighs 750-1000 kg, and features off-road suspension and tires. The base Rookie 3.5 version starts at 28,000 euros.

Digital nomads Alex Davì and Chiara Micoli will speak on February 27 at the Too space in Piacenza. They will share their experience of living and working from a 1991 motorhome as part of a project about transitioning from study to work in creative fields.

Italian dog trainer Nicolò Dalmonte has been living in a six-meter motorhome for six years. He chose this lifestyle due to the need to frequently move between clients and difficulties renting accommodation with two dogs. He now plans to buy land in Cesena to build a house and premises for his business.
