Motorhomes become alternative for viewing solar eclipse in Spain

The British manufacturer Swift Group has introduced the Trekker 540 motorhome for 2026. The 7-meter-long model is built on a Ford Transit base and features a kitchen, a separate bathroom with shower, and a large, heated pass-through rear garage for transporting sports equipment.

Dacia has introduced a solution to convert its large SUV into a functional camper van. The conversion is based on the 4.6-meter-long Bigster model with a cargo capacity of up to 1800 liters. The kit includes a bed and kitchen, while maintaining the vehicle's suitability for daily use.

Authorities on Ibiza are intensifying crackdowns on illegally parked motorhomes. The fine for three nights of parking on unauthorized land is 20,000 euros.
